Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is seeking College Interns to perform information management services and non-IT duties such as health research, data management, and data analysis supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the summer of 2017. These positions are located in Atlanta, GA. Travel and relocation reimbursements are not available.
As an intern, you’ll participate in a summer internship program to where you will engage in a variety of administrative tasks that may include:
.Support to project and program managers
.Performing data management duties requiring attention to detail such data entry and creating and maintaining databases or SharePoint sites
.Preparing meeting agendas and notes
.Scheduling collaborative calls, sending reminders, and facilitating logistics
.Analysis of trends related to project deliverables
.Research for special projects
.Maintaining content including web content, protocols, instructions, and other documentation supporting public health programs
.Other duties as assigned
The Technology Services Intern Program is a key strategy in our college recruiting program. The objective is to provide our interns with practical experience and to combine that experience with a targeted development program. The experience, education and enrichment we offer our interns prepare them for fulltime employment within their chosen professions.
.Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s of Science or Master’s in Public Health from an accredited institution
.3.7 GPA or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your profile)
.Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder
Internship experience, leadership & teamwork experience, interpersonal communications skills
