Outstanding communications skills and diplomacy; ability to anticipate needs and prioritize/manage multiple complex confidential tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment; strong attention to detail required. Must be able to function at a high level in a public, shared, workspace. Excellent computer and web navigation skills required. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel. Harvard experience preferred.

Delivers quality customer service by providing accurate information and personalized assistance in a high volume environment in person, via e-mail, and over the phone; creates a warm, welcoming environment. Greets all visitors and callers, identifies needs, assists in using resources, and refers to appropriate OCS programs and events. Stays informed and up to date of all current OCS programs, events and resources. Interprets and carries out office policies. Helps students and alumni access and use electronic OCS resources, including online platforms. Works with the employer relations team to process and maintain internships and job opportunities in appropriate databases. Ensures a timely and accurate flow of communication among staff as well as between staff and students, employers, and visitors. Performs office administrative support and other duties as assigned. Participates in full range of office-wide events including open houses, professional development workshops, intra- and inter-department and college-wide meetings.
