Responsibilities: The Associate Business Manager position in the Technology & Operations Business Management Office is an entry level position in support of expense processing, financial reporting and operational/process improvements. The individual will participate in the planning, management, and execution of key business initiatives and ongoing management of technology & operations expenses in support of T&O senior management. This role will be responsible for supporting the management of all technology & operations budgets which includes overseeing activities such as financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, building financial modeling for IT projects and managing the relationships with our technology managers. This role will be a member of the Office of the COO and report to the Director, Technology & Operations Business Management.Qualifications: The individual should be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills and strong problem solving abilities. Recent College Graduate in Business, Finance or equivalent.* Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent Time Management skills with proven ability to work in cross functional environments* Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to interface with management and staff at all levels within the organization.* Ability to work individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision and provide deliverables in a timely manner.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint)* Basic understanding of general finance and accounting principles
