iCIMS - Inhouse Training Specialist I in Matawan, New Jersey


The Training Specialist I will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training on the iCIMS product line for iCIMS partners. He or she will be required to play a role in designing and delivering training in a variety of formats, which may include instructor-led, classroom-based training; eLearning tutorials; webinars; and other training formats. The Training Specialist I will report to the Manager, Training Services.


• Designs, develops, delivers and maintains training materials and communications on the iCIMS product line for iCIMS customers and partners

• Delivers webinars, instructor-led, and eLearning training events to internal and external users

• Assists in the coordination of crucial team processes, event scheduling, and gathering of data

• Assists in the coordination of team processes including scheduling and logistics

• Maintains a strong understanding of iCIMS products

• Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies

• Entry-Level; 0-2 years of experience

• Desire to be part of and to contribute to a team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: articulates thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively

• Previous experience working for a software or technology company a plus

• Computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Education/Certifications/Licenses Required

• BA/BS required, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology Instructional Technology, or similar
