Performs a variety of duties to support Club-wide recruiting and new hire onboarding efforts.
Conducts all post offer, pre-employment functions including monitoring background checks and required testing as part of onboarding readiness for hired candidates, new hire orientation scheduling and all other related duties to support and facilitate employment processes on a timely basis. Becomes a subject matter expert in all the systems supporting the post offer and pre-employment functions. Ensures communication with the candidates at various stages in the process.
Assists with sourcing for all positions using various sourcing tools (Ulti database, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc).
Assists with screening and qualifying candidates for various positions.
Acts as the central point of contact to coordinate internship opportunities, school and community recruitment outreach events attended by both HR and Business Line representatives.
Schedules candidate interviews (for both individual interviews and events).
Partners with the Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Business Partner in coordinating all required pre-hire assessments during the interview process.
Coordinates, organizes, and participates in internal and external recruitment events.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience providing HR recruitment support in a process and deadline driven environment required, prior experience in HR required. Experience sourcing and screening for entry level positions. HR certification or completion of a certificate program in Human Resources is strongly preferred. Knowledge of structured interviewing, policies, and related HR laws and programs required. Proficiency in the technologies involved in staffing, HRIS-ATS, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Must have strong customer service skills. Good organizational skills, with attention to detail required. Strong verbal/written communication skills. The ability to use discretion in dealing with confidential information. Good time management skills required, with ability to prioritize in a deadline driven environment. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, with the willingness to pitch in and do whatever is needed, even if it is outside normal job responsibilities. High level of interpersonal skills, flexibility, critical thinking, practicality within our culture, dedication, commitment, listening, collaboration, information sharing, and service orientation.
