Community Bank Customer Service Representative I in Redlands, California

Delivers superior and professional customer service in accordance with the “Red Carpet Commitment Program” while performing branch and customer service duties for customers requiring assistance with basic transactions. Handles cash and processes a variety of bank transactions, performed online, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and issuing negotiable items. Maintains accurate records of all cash and negotiable instruments. Sells and cross sells bank products and services in support of the Bank’s sales goals

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months previous cash handling and sales related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry level position, but requires an understanding of cash handling as well as the ability to process a variety of bank transactions, performed online, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and issuing negotiable items. Must be able to sell and cross sell bank products and services in support of the Bank’s sales goals.
