F5 NETWORKS Field Enablement Intern in Seattle, Washington

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Summary This position reports to the Director, F5 Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE). Responsibilities will include a primary focus in creating and editing sales training collateral (videos, graphics, job aids, etc.), assisting with training events, and running and analyzing training usage and completion reports. This position is a paid summer internship with an opportunity to extend into November to assist with the F5 International Sales Conference. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on the experience, interests and career goals of the candidate. Projects may include any of the following: * Technical project documentation * Assist with ISC logistic research and activities as assigned * Edit audio and video using Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, and other tools * Conduct research using internal, subscription, and web-based resources * Assist in course creation for web-based training modules * Assist the Worldwide Field Enablement team with logistics of training activities, including new hire training and conferences * Monitor the WWFE Alias and provide assistance and support to the employees having issues with learning tools * Monitor Hive Discussions, Questions and Community and assist the team in posting content, tagging and developing * Run reports from F5 University and Salesforce and perform basic tool administration tasks * Video and audio recording of sales wins, interviews, or presentations, etc. * Analyze and compile survey results and assist with reporting * Take notes during focus groups and reviews * Transcribe recordings * Develop help sheets/tutorials for F5 University, Salesforce, and other tools * Update existing tutorials/materials * Other duties assigned by the Director of Worldwide Field Enablement Qualifications * A current student pursuing a degree in Instructional Technology, Employee Development/HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * Approaching their Junior year or beyond at the time of the internship (exceptional Sophomore or Freshmen may be considered) * Strong excel skills * Need to be a creative thinker and a self-starter * Eager to take on new responsibilities in a fast pace environment * Highly organized and detail oriented, possess strong research skills and have a customer service mentality * Excellent oral and written skills plus strong PC skills in all areas of MS Office are required * Experience with video recording and editing a plus * Experience with Smartsheet a plus * Portfolio of experience with project skills and software skills (graphic design, sample strong excel spreadsheet, etc.) Internships are an excellent way to get to know F5.
