Ecumen operates a variety of senior housing options and services from independent living communities to assisted living and long-term care, and at-home and community-based services. In addition to our consumer services, we provide senior housing development, clinical consulting and senior housing management services for organizations outside of Ecumen. Responsibilities: The Regional Training Director is an extension of Ecumen's Organizational Development department and is fully responsible for the deployment of Ecumen training programs and initiatives in the assigned region. Specific responsibilities include: Delivers training including Lean, Recruiting and Interviewing, Respectful Workplace, Diversity and Inclusion to identified groups ensuring best practices and consistency. Supports the successful onboarding of new employee by creating new curriculums and delivering established training programs. Collaborates with field Human Resource Designees (HRDs) in supporting programs including career tracks, internship, and Primary Peer mentor. Consults with site leaders, HRDs and Corporate Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) in determining learning needs for all site employees ensuring training is targeted correctly Collaborates with corporate OD and other regional trainers to develop new training programs (i.e. first line supervisor training, customer service training and employee first leadership training) and oversees its deployment ensuring consistent content and methodology throughout the organization Consults with regional directors, site leaders and HRBPs in determining talent development opportunities and succession readiness of site employees ensuring bench strength for the organization and career advancement for employees Conducts synchronous training for long distance learning and records asynchronous webinars for Ecumen University ensuring training is available in several formats and venues Evaluates learning effectiveness using Ecumen's established data driven metrics thereby providing a clear line of sight between training and results. Qualifications: Minimum Required Qualifications: Education: Four year bachelor's degree in psychology, education, human resources Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience developing and delivering training Current valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance Other knowledge, skills and abilities: Writes clearly and succinctly using all forms of communication Speaks clearly and understandably in all situations including classroom, recordings, and synchronous on-line training Demonstrates professional behavior in all interactions with employees Experience with classroom instruction, using interactive techniques in large and small group settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential senior services - long term care, assisted living Experience with delivering synchronous and interactive on-line training and asynchronous webinars Knowledge of learning platforms i.e. Adobe Connect, Citrix etc Equal Opportunity Employer: Ecumen is an equal opportunity employer.
